定制需要多长时间完成？
每幅画通常需要1~4周完成，根据绘制对象的复杂度和尺寸而不同，超大尺寸的作品可能需要几个月的时间，我们在收到您的订单后会评估需要多长时间来完成并告知您；绘制完成后需要大约1~2周的干燥时间，然后就可以发货了。
How long will it take for my customization?
Each painting typically takes 1 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the subject and the size of the artwork. Extra-large pieces may require several months. After receiving your order, we will assess the specific timeframe needed and inform you accordingly. Once the painting is finished, it requires approximately 1 to 2 weeks of drying time before it can be shipped.
发货后多久能收到？
如果收货目的地是在中国大陆，一般发货后2~3天您就能收到包裹，个别偏远省份可能需要5~7天；如果目的地是中国周边的国家或地区，大概需要1周时间；发达国家或地区大概需要2~4周；其它欠发达国家或地区则很可能需要30天以上。
How long does delivery take after shipping?
If the delivery destination is within Mainland China, you can generally expect to receive your package within 2-3 days after shipment. It may take 5-7 days for some remote provinces. For destinations in neighboring countries or regions, the delivery usually takes about one week. For developed countries or regions, the estimated time is approximately 2-4 weeks. For other less developed countries or regions, it will likely take more than 30 days.

我可以更改或取消订单吗？
下单后12小时内您可以无责取消订单，如超过12个小时则无法取消，因为我们的艺术家已经开始为您创作。在创作开始前，我们会确认您提交的照片是否满足创作需求，否则我们会通知您重新上传照片，您只有2次免费重新上传照片的机会；在工作初步完成后，我们将向您发送完成的照片，您有2次免费提出修改意见的机会。
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel the order without any responsibility within 12 hours after placing the order. If it exceeds 12 hours, it cannot be cancelled because our artist has already started creating for you. Before starting the creative process, we will confirm whether the photos you submit meet the requirements. Otherwise, we will notify you to re upload the photos, You only have 2 free opportunities to re upload the photos; After the initial completion of the work, we will send you the completed photos, and you will have 2 free opportunities to provide modification suggestions.
你们支持国际物流吗？

Do you support international shipping?

What is your return policy?
Since customized products are made just for you, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue. If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will offer a replacement or refund after assessing the situation.
