How long will it take for my customization?
Each painting typically takes 1 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the subject and the size of the artwork. Extra-large pieces may require several months. After receiving your order, we will assess the specific timeframe needed and inform you accordingly. Once the painting is finished, it requires approximately 1 to 2 weeks of drying time before it can be shipped.

How long does delivery take after shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel the order without any responsibility within 12 hours after placing the order. If it exceeds 12 hours, it cannot be cancelled because our artist has already started creating for you.
